Bubble Party Favors (Farm-Themed with paper wrappers!)

Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

Hosting a farm themed birthday party is a fun way to celebrate any kiddo. There are all kinds of ways to integrate animals and nature into your party, and I absolutely love easy party ideas. All the small touches add up to have a big impact! Party favors are a nice way to add onto your party or celebration.

We picked bubble party favors because I wanted something that would be fun for kiddos but also easy for parents. Sugar cookies also make a great party favor. I think when hosting it's great to aim for something that's consumable or disposable as a party favor. It's really sweet to send something home with kiddo guests, but I think keeping it as simple as possible is the way to go!

To make the bubble favors work for our 'Two the Farm' birthday party, I made paper wrappers that went around the individual bottles and used my hot glue gun to secure them. Then I drew on them to make them farm-themed. Super simple.

Making Your Paper Wrappers

  • I chose colors that matched the bottles of bubbles to give it a cohesive look, but you can print out patterns or even have kiddos help decorate strips of paper with their custom artwork.
  • Cut your card stock or printed paper intro strips. My bubble labels were approximately 2 inches so that's how big my strips were cut into.
  • Wrap your card stock around your bubbles and secure it. I used my hot glue gun but you could use tape, glue or glue dots too.
  • Decorate your labels. This can be done by coloring on them, printing a pattern, whatever design you like and that ties into your party them. I used pink, green and blue bottles of bubbles and made the pink label into a pig, the blue label into rain drops and the green into grass.

Tips for Party Favors

  • Have a designated spot for your favors, and tell people as they come in or at a time when everyone is paying attention, like before cake or presents. Otherwise you'll be left with a lot of favors!
  • Have a few extra on hand in case something gets spilled, broken, or if you have a few extra people show up that didn't rsvp.
