The Easiest Ice Cream Cake made with Pound Cake

Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

Ice cream cake is such a classic dessert, but can be super messy and a pain to make. This ice cream cake using pound cake as the base can be made in 10-15 minutes and is delicious! And you only need 3 ingredients. Bonus-you don't have to bake anything, and cleanup is a breeze! Could it get any better?

This was the perfect dessert for the 4th of July and would be fun for any backyard get together. Try out different flavors of ice cream for an extra festive touch! I've used both vanilla ice cream and a festive Fourth of July red, white and blue variation.
