Yield: 1 cloud
Cost: $5
- 1 18-inch white balloons
- 6-8 11-inch balloons
- 12 5-inch balloons
- 2 skinny balloons (like you use for making balloon animals)
- 3 Size 19 rubberbands
Start by determining what size of a cloud you want and then group and blow up your balloons. Blow them up 2 at a time using your electric balloon pump and tie together.
Create 2 clusters of balloons using your 11-inch balloons and use one cluster incorporating 11-inch and an 18-inch balloon.
Blow up your mini balloons and similarly create clusters of 4 balloons.
Using your first cluster, tie a long/skinny balloon to one of the balloon knots. Repeat and tie your balloon clusters together.
Take a rubberband and twist it around your mini balloons. Stretch the rubberband around the base cluster (larger balloon sizes) and twist to achieve desired look.
