Equipment

  • 1 baking sheet
  • 1 saucepan
  • 1 parking knife or apple corer
  • 1 piece of parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 3-4 granny smith apples could also use honeycrisp or other favorite apple type
  • 1 bag caramels for melting
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon toffee bites
  • 2 tablespoon chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoon reeses bites
  • 2 tablespoon crushed cashews

Instructions

  • Cut your apple into thin slices. I used a paring knife. If you want to try to get them to last longer add a bit of lemon juice to the apple when cutting it.
  • Spread them out on a piece of parchment paper. You can use a cute plate or a baking sheet like I did but you will want to use parchment paper otherwise it gets a bit messy.
  • Heat your caramel on the stovetop with 2 tablespoon of water until completely melted.
  • Once the caramel has completely melted, drizzle it over your apple slices. You can also prep the caramel ahead of time if you're not serving these right away.
  • After adding your caramel to the apple slices, top with your toppings of choice!
