Equipment

  • 1 microwave safe bowl for melting chocolate
  • 1 knife or spoon for swirling food coloring
  • 1 bowl for sprinkles
  • 1 sheet of parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 1 quart strawberries
  • 1 cup white melting chocolate more if doing a larger batch
  • 2-3 drops blue food coloring
  • 2-3 tablespoons blue sprinkles I recommend the sanding sugar

Instructions

Marbled White Chocolate Covered Strawberries

  • Wash and dry your strawberries.
  • Melt your white chocolate in 30-second intervals until thin.
  • Add a few drips of food coloring and swirl it together with a knife or spoon. Note- for this part you'll want to work a bit more quickly. Food coloring can make melted chocolate harden.
  • Dip your strawberry into the bowl and swirl it around a bit to get your desired coverage.
  • Place strawberry on wax or parchment paper to allow the chocolate to harden. Putting them in the fridge will help expedite this process.
  • These are best served the same day they were made.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries with Sprinkles

  • Start by washing and drying your strawberries.
  • Melt your chocolate in 30-second intervals in the microwave.
  • Dip your strawberry into the melted white chocolate.
  • Immediately dip into your blue sprinkles.
  • I recommend pushing in the edges of the sprinkles so it gives a straighter line.
  • Lay on parchment paper or set aside to dry. Putting in the refrigerator will help expedite the chocolate hardening.
  • These are best served the same day they were made.
