Instructions
Marbled White Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Wash and dry your strawberries.
Melt your white chocolate in 30-second intervals until thin.
Add a few drips of food coloring and swirl it together with a knife or spoon. Note- for this part you'll want to work a bit more quickly. Food coloring can make melted chocolate harden.
Dip your strawberry into the bowl and swirl it around a bit to get your desired coverage.
Place strawberry on wax or parchment paper to allow the chocolate to harden. Putting them in the fridge will help expedite this process.
These are best served the same day they were made.
Chocolate Covered Strawberries with Sprinkles
Start by washing and drying your strawberries.
Melt your chocolate in 30-second intervals in the microwave.
Dip your strawberry into the melted white chocolate.
Immediately dip into your blue sprinkles.
I recommend pushing in the edges of the sprinkles so it gives a straighter line.
Lay on parchment paper or set aside to dry. Putting in the refrigerator will help expedite the chocolate hardening.
These are best served the same day they were made.
