Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies

These super easy funfetti cake mix cookies are so soft and simple, they're perfect for any birthday party or celebration.

Equipment

  • 1 bowl
  • 1 oven
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • 2 cookie sheets

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box funfetti cake mix or cake mix of your choice
  • ⅓ cup oil I recommend using vegetable
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ can frosting

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350° F.
  • Combine your cake mix, eggs and oil into a mixing bowl.
  • Once combined, roll into tablespoon sized balls and drop onto a baking sheet, you'll have about a dozen cookie balls. I use a piece of parchment paper for less cleanup.
  • Bake for 7-9 minutes. They will finish baking on the sheet a bit, you want to remove them from the oven when the top is cracking and you're just starting to see the bottom of the cookie turn golden.
  • Allow to cool, then top with frosting and sprinkles.
